Shipping Policy Template

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and Indian public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: [3-5] business days at standards rate depending on weight.

  • Express Shipping: [1-2] business days at express rate depending on weight.

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. 

  • Standard International: [7-21] business days via [e.g., India Post / DHL / FedEx]. Cost: Calculated at checkout.

  • Express International: [3-7] business days via [e.g., DHL Express]. Cost: Calculated at checkout. 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, international transit, or holidays.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store prices do not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes.

When ordering from outside India, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your destination country. You (the buyer) are responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We cannot predict what your specific duties or taxes will be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within [number] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thirdworldempire.com@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property or marked as "delivered" by the courier. If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at thirdworldempire.com@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. 

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Return Policy:

Third World Empire wants you to love your new merchandise. If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date. To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Original tags must still be fully attached in their original state.

Shipping & Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
