Shipping policy

1. International Shipping Zones & Rates

• Zones: Group countries by geographic proximity or shipping costs (e.g., USA/Canada, UK/Europe, Asia-Pacific).

• Rates: Offer either calculated carrier rates directly from DHL or FedEx or flat-rate shipping with free delivery thresholds setting up shipping rates. 

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP): The customer pays import taxes and duties at the destination and is responsible for these extra fees. 

• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Any duties are collected upfront at checkout if applicable configured via the Shopify Admin by assigning a country of origin and HS codes to products to avoid delays. 

3. Processing & Delivery Times

• Transit Time: Differentiate between standard and express shipping. Standard shipping via postal services can take 2–4 weeks, whereas express couriers take 5–10 days. 

4. Tracking & Returns

• A tracking number will be emailed once the order leaves the facility.

• Returns: International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must be returned within 30 days unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.
